DELIVERY

Normally you have the goods at the post office 2-5 days from when we received your order. The post office will let you know when the package can be picked up. If you order printing, the production time will be 1-2 days.

You have two weeks to pick up your package at your nearest post office. If you do not, it will be returned to us. These are Norway Post's regulations. In addition, you will be billed for shipping costs.

If you have chosen a collection fee, the fee will be in addition to the invoice amount.

Norway Post has introduced a separate fee for parcels sent to Svalbard. For this reason, each order is charged with this fee, which is NOK 220.
